Execution Engineer
Due to our continuous expansion, we are looking to add the following talents to our team:
1️⃣ Site Finishing Engineer
Experience Required: 3–5 years
Requirements:
- Proven practical experience in executing and managing finishing works for villas, palaces, and interiors.
- Ability to independently take over, manage projects, and supervise site operations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, shop drawings, and execution details.
- Ability to coordinate and oversee all finishing trades on-site.
- Supervising contractors and laborers to ensure execution quality fully complies with drawings and specifications.
- Capability to perform quantity surveying and monitor site material requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve on-site execution issues and make appropriate decisions.
- Commitment to project schedules and preparing regular progress reports.
- Priority will be given to candidates with an actual track record in executing villas, palaces, and high-end residential projects.
2️⃣ Technical Office Engineer
Experience Required: 3–5 years
Requirements:
- Practical experience in finishing works and high-end interiors.
- Ability to prepare and review Shop Drawings / Execution Drawings for all finishing works.
- Proficiency in preparing architectural drawings and execution details.
- Ability to prepare and review drawings for electrical, lighting, data, and light current systems, ensuring proper coordination with architectural plans.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review drawings, detect clashes, and resolve issues prior to execution.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Capability to perform quantity surveying and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and specifications.
- Previous experience in villas, palaces, and high-end interior projects is highly preferred.
