Mountain Massage Therapy is an RMT?owned clinic dedicated to nurturing your growth and success. We offer fully equipped rooms and a flexible, supportive work setting. With direct access to chiropractic referrals and a high client demand?particularly evenings and weekends?we're ready to support your journey, whether you're new or established.

*Job Details *

• *High-earning potential: *starting at 65% split for RMT, 70% at 1 year. 80% in 2 years*. *
• *Fully Furnished rooms: *We provide a shared treatment room equipped with an electric lift table, sheets, oils, and all professional supplies.
• *Treatment Room Availability: *Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 7/8/9pm - you decide. And anytime Saturday and/or Sunday. Looking for a 3 day minimum commitment. The room is 12 x 14 with a large window, fully furnished with a shared closet in between 2 treatment rooms for convenient storage of supplies. You have the freedom to set your own hours. More hours can be available if other RMTs take time off.
• *Admin support included:* JaneApp and POS fees covered?no reception.
• *30-Minute Buffer Between Clients:* We provide a 30-minute window between sessions?enough time to reschedule clients, clean and sanitize your room, chart notes, handle laundry and eat.
• *No Non-Compete Clause: *We understand many RMTs work at more than one clinic, so we offer the flexibility to work elsewhere while being part of our team.
• *We?ll build your clientele together: *Bring your own clients, or benefit from our active referral support and marketing plan
• *Extras: *On-site laundry and free parking*.*

*What You?ll Do *

• Provide high?quality massage therapy to clients tailored to their needs
• Manage your appointments efficiently using JaneApp Maintain a professional, client-focused standard of care
• Work smoothly with other therapists in a collaborative and respectful clinic culture

*Who We?re Looking For *

• Registered with CMTO, in good standing Reliable, professional, and client-oriented
• Able to work independently yet contribute as part of a supportive team
• Open to both new graduates and seasoned RMT practitioners
