Marketing cum Admin Intern

Your tasks

Join our café group's marketing and operations team! This internship mixes hands-on marketing, events and café admin, and gives you real experience using AI tools at work.

• Help plan, schedule and post social media content across our group of companies
• Support café pop-ups, events and other outdoor activities
• Take photos and videos at events for our social media and marketing
• Manage a few AI assistants (AI agents) that automate simple customer service and marketing tasks
• Handle admin work for the café operations team
• Help with seasonal campaigns such as Chinese New Year and Christmas, from planning to carrying them out, working closely with our Head of Operations

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Current students from ITE / Polytechnic / University in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related courses
• Interested in social media, events and content creation
• Comfortable with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) and keen to learn more
• Photography / video editing skills are a plus
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working at outdoor events
• Good spoken and written English
• Able to work mainly at our café (88 Rangoon Road) and commit to a 5.5-day work week
• Minimum 3-month internship commitment
