Senior Associate

Provide legal assistance and support in arbitration, litigation, and corporate matters .

Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal memos and documents .

Support the preparation and review of Statements of Claim (SOC), Statements of Defence (SOD) , and other legal submissions.

Assist with arbitration and litigation procedures, including CRCICA-related matters .

Review and organize legal documents and case files.

Coordinate with lawyers and relevant parties to support ongoing cases and legal matters.

Assist with other legal tasks and procedures as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Law .

7–10 years of relevant legal experience .

Experience in arbitration, litigation, and corporate law .

Experience with CRCICA is preferred.

Good knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.

Experience preparing legal memos, SOC, SOD, and other legal submissions .

Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication skills in Arabic and English .

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
