Pay Range: $110,000-$125,000/annually DOE

Schedule/Shift : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: San Diego, California (Corporate HQ is in Mission Valley San Diego)

Benefits & Wellbeing

Oversee design and administration of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs

Evaluate and optimize vendor relationships and benefits offerings for cost and employee value

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, etc.)

Analytics & Governance

Establish metrics and dashboards to measure effectiveness of total rewards programs (e.g., cost, participation, ROI, turnover impact)

Ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness across all programs

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and develop the total rewards team (benefits, payroll where applicable)

Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and expense planning

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and the executive team

Qualifications:

Education & Licensure

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field

5–8 years of experience in benefits or total rewards

Strong analytical and Excel skills

Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)

Working knowledge of benefits regulations

Skills & Competencies

Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities

Expertise in quality improvement methodologies and regulatory compliance

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Data-driven decision-making and performance management

Experience with EMR-preferably Homecare Homebase, understanding analytics and key insights and interpretation of data.

Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel

Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.

Knowledge of corporate business management.
