OPERATION & FINANCE DIRECTOR

Lead all finance pre-opening activities, including financial set-up, procurement governance, OS&E management, systems implementation, budgeting, controls, reporting, licensing support, banking relationships, and overall financial readiness ahead of opening Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to support commercial decision-making and business growth Work closely with JV partners, consultants, contractors, banks, auditors, local authorities, and external partners to support the pre-opening programme and build strong working relationships from the outset Drive the hotel's financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management Oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, audits, statutory compliance, and tax requirements Establish and maintain strong internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices Manage capital expenditure reviews, procurement controls, and investment analysis Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Finance team Build productive relationships with corporate teams, auditors, banks, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders
