BUSINESS ANALYST
Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and reporting requirements for the Customer Information System (CIS) Collaborate with business users to define report specifications, business rules, calculations, and acceptance criteria for operational, financial, and regulatory reports. Review and validate report designs, layouts, calculations, and data outputs developed by the vendor. Prepare and execute report test scenarios, test scripts, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Ensure that reports comply with business requirements, data quality standards, and organizational reporting policies prior to system implementation and go-live. Maintain reporting documentation, requirements traceability, and change requests while provided support during project implementation, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years as a Business Analyst or Reporting Analyst or in a similar role supporting enterprise system implementation. Experience gathering reporting requirements and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and SQL for data validation, analysis, and reporting. Experience in CIS, Utility Billing, ERP, Finance, Banking, telecommunications, or other transaction-intensive systems is an advantage. Understanding of Philippine regulatory context (ERC reporting, RA 10173). Experience participating in at least one end-to-end system implementation or digital transformation project is preferred.
