Medical Equipment Application Specialist

The Medical Equipment Application Specialist will be responsible for providing clinical and technical application support for medical equipment, conducting product demonstrations and user training, and working closely with healthcare professionals, sales teams, and manufacturers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and other healthcare professionals and should have a strong interest in medical technology.

 Provide product demonstrations and practical training for doctors, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.  Support customers in the correct and effective use of medical equipment.  Attend installations and support the initial implementation and user training of new equipment.  Explain equipment functions, features, settings, and clinical applications.  Work closely with sales representatives to understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical/application solutions.  Communicate with manufacturers and international partners regarding product-related questions and technical/application issues.  Prepare training materials, presentations, and product documentation.  Participate in product demonstrations, workshops, exhibitions, and medical conferences.  Follow up with customers after installation and training to ensure successful product adoption.  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned medical equipment and relevant clinical applications.  Travel to hospitals and medical centers within Armenia when required.

 At least Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Nursing, Medicine, or another relevant technical/medical field.  Previous experience with medical equipment, healthcare, biomedical technology, or a clinical environment.  Experience in medical equipment application, technical support, sales support, or user training.  Good technical understanding and ability to learn complex medical equipment quickly.  Ability to explain technical information clearly to medical professionals.  Professional and responsible attitude when working in hospitals and clinical environments.  Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.  Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages.  Valid driving license is a plus.
