Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will serve as a critical guardian of product integrity, ensuring that every output meets rigorous safety and performance benchmarks. You will leverage your technical expertise in precision measurement and data analysis to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities Execute comprehensive inspections and diagnostic testing across all stages of the production lifecycle, from raw materials to final assembly.

Drive product excellence by identifying non-conformances, documenting findings, and spearheading corrective action initiatives.

Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy against engineering specifications.

Interpret complex CMM layouts to provide actionable feedback to engineering teams for process optimization.

Utilize statistical process control (SPC) methodologies to analyze quality trends and enhance overall manufacturing consistency.

Facilitate internal and external quality audits to ensure strict adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Mentor production staff on quality best practices to foster a culture of precision and accountability.

Required Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or technical inspection role.

Demonstrated proficiency with precision measurement tools and testing equipment.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems.

Hands-on experience with CMM operation and PC-DMIS software.

Preferred Skills

Associate degree in a technical or manufacturing-related field.

Direct experience within the automotive manufacturing sector.

Advanced knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
