Production Support Associate

About the Role As a Production Support Associate, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by assisting in the creation of high-quality metal components. You will gain hands-on experience across various production departments, utilizing your mechanical aptitude to support melting, casting, and material handling processes.

Responsibilities Support core production activities including mold preparation, casting, and metal melting processes.

Ensure efficient material flow throughout the facility to maintain production momentum.

Perform routine facility maintenance and housekeeping to uphold a safe and organized work environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.

Develop proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to monitor and improve output quality.

Adapt to various production stations as needed to support overall operational goals.

Qualifications Required Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn new industrial processes.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and repetitive bending.

Strong commitment to workplace safety, attendance, and team-based collaboration.

Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including a respirator fit test and background check.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience working within the metals or heavy manufacturing industry.

Proven ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
