*A bit about being a Driving Instructor:*

• Be able to demonstrate how to safely operate a motor vehicle

• Accompany students behind the wheel throughout the course

• A reliable, safe, inspected and insured company vehicle will be provided

*Minimum Qualifications: *

*-* Possess a valid Class 5 Nova Scotia Driver?s License

• Willing and capable of attending the 2 week provincial training course in Halifax

• Be able to establish trust and communicate with students in a clear, confident and decisive manner

• Be fully insured to operate a vehicle

• Be patient, calm and understanding

• All potential candidates must pass a criminal record check and a child abuse registry check

• Must possess an clean drivers abstract

• Must speak English clearly and effectively

This position is based in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Please ensure that you are a resident of the local area before applying, as no relocation costs or allowance will be provided.
