About the job:
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, within the F&B division, the dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager is responsible to oversee the daily operations of Taiko. This role requires a leader with a passion of exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and a proven ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
