Functie-eisen: As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • You will be supervising the day-to-day operation of a designated section within the kitchen, overseeing all aspects of food production;
  • Delivering highest levels of quality and precision, preparing dishes in line with recipes and standards;
  • Maintaining highest levels of hygiene and cost control;
  • You will act as a role model and mentor to the junior members in the kitchen brigade, guiding and supporting them in their development.Yotam Ottolenghi's restaurants are renowned London eateries known for vibrant, Middle Eastern-inspired dishes, offering everything from delis to full restaurants, featuring seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and colorful displays, perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.As Chef de Partie we expect from you:
  • Recent/current experience in the same position to that of Chef de Partie for at least two years;
  • A passionate and quality-driven approach to cooking;
  • Teamwork, being able to work closely with 6-8 chefs on shift;
  • Experience in inspired Middle Eastern cooking cuisine;
  • Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken);
  • Familiar with hygiene code and HACCP regulations;
  • Ability to work evenings and weekend shif
