Senior Technical Architect Engineer

Prepare and review shop drawings , ensuring full alignment with the approved architectural design.

Coordinate across disciplines (architectural / structural / MEP) to identify and resolve design clashes.

Prepare BOQs and technical specifications , ensuring accuracy against design intent and Egyptian Code requirements.

Conduct site follow-up to ensure execution matches approved drawings and quality standards.

Liaise with contractors and suppliers to resolve technical issues during construction.

Prepare periodic progress reports for project management.

Participate in technical coordination meetings across project phases.

Education Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Experience 4–5 years

Background Must have prior experience within a contracting company or engineering consultancy firm Software AutoCAD (required) – Revit (preferred) – MS Project (preferred)- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Language Strong written and spoken English for technical correspondence
