Python / ERP Developer

Responsibilities

In this role as a Python ERP Developer, you take charge of the continuous evolution of internal business applications.

• Develop and refine custom features within the Odoo platform to streamline core operational processes.
• Connect software tools using clean API integrations and database structures to ensure accurate reporting.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to maintain smooth daily workflows or coordinate with external development partners.
• Translate feedback from users in the field into clear technical specifications and practical solutions.
• Manage the internal reporting platform to guarantee overall system integration and data integrity.

Profile

For the position of Python ERP Developer, we are looking for a developer with a few years under their belt who combines analytical thinking with clear communication skills.

• Proven proficiency in Python and familiarity with other programming languages like .NET (ideally 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role).
• Demonstrable experience with Odoo or a comparable ERP package is a major advantage.
• Colleagues describe you as a pragmatic problem solver who easily explains complex tech concepts to non-technical users.
• You speak English or French fluently, with at least a practical working knowledge of Dutch (or a strong willingness to learn).
