This company is a producer of frozen vegetables. Thanks to more than 30 years of experience, this family business has become a key player in the European market of frozen products for retail, food service and industry. They now operate from three production sites, including Ardooie

• You play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient production process
• After a thorough internal training, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of a packaging line
• You operate, set up, and adjust the machines to ensure optimal performance
• You ensure the machines achieve the required production targets while maintaining high quality standards
• You independently monitor the machines to ensure they operate correctly
• You inspect the quality of the finished products
• You report any deviations or technical issues to your supervisor
• You have at least an A2 diploma and relevant experience as a production operator, or equivalent experience
• You speak good Dutch, French and/or English
• You can work in 2-shifts or regular nights
• You are technically minded and can work independently
• You work accurately and in a structured way
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage
