Our client is aninnovative and growing production company specializing in large-format digital printing and visual communication products. To strengthen the printing department, we are looking for a motivated Digital Print Operator who enjoys working with modern technology and delivering high-quality results.

As a Digital Print Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring advanced digital printing machines.After a thoroughinternal training period, you will gradually learn to work independently and take ownership of the printing process.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating andsetting up large-format digital printers;
• Monitoring production progress and ensuring print quality throughout the process;
• Changing rolls and materials using ergonomic tools and equipment;
• Performing routine maintenance on the machines;
• Troubleshooting minor technical issues independently;
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and the production manager;
• Ensuring a safe, clean and organized workplace;
• Contributing ideas to improve quality, efficiency, safety and environmental performance.

We are looking for ahands-on and detail-oriented colleague who:

• Hastechnical affinityor experience in a printing or production environment;
• Is comfortable working with modern machinery and computer systems;
• Works accurately and has a strong eye for quality;
• Isproactiveand enjoys solving problems;
• Can work independentlyas well as in a team;
• Is organized, reliable and punctual;
• Has a very good command of English or Dutch, both spoken and written;
• Feels comfortable working in a dynamic SME environment;
• Is physically fit and able to handle material changes when required;
• Is willing to work in a day shift (preferably 07:00 – 15:30, negotiable).
