About the Role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Technicians . No prior technician or manufacturing experience is required. Full training will be provided. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy hands-on work , are willing to learn technical skills and are looking to build a long-term career in the manufacturing and engineering industry . Candidates from different backgrounds are welcome to apply, including fresh graduates, ITE graduates, production operators, assemblers, warehouse workers and those looking for a career switch .
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and testing of electrical and electro-mechanical components
- Follow work instructions, drawings, schematics and standard operating procedures
- Use hand tools and testing equipment to perform assembly and testing activities
- Conduct visual and functional checks to identify defects or abnormalities
- Perform basic troubleshooting and rectify assembly issues
- Record work progress, testing results and other required information
- Ensure completed work meets quality and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Training will be provided
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome
- ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma holders are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, engineering or technical environments will have an advantage
- Comfortable performing hands-on work
- Willing to learn new technical skills
- Responsible, hardworking and safety-conscious
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to work the required shift schedule
