As an Inside Technical Sales Representative, you are the link between the customer and the organization. With your technical advice and solutions, you contribute every day to customer continuity and their satisfaction with our services.

Your responsibilities

• Being and staying informed about the markets and sectors in which JUMO is active
• Answering customer calls and making appointments
• Creating and following up on quotations
• Processing orders
• Aftersales
• And much more...

You are the link between the client and the organization. You answer client calls, issue quotations, draw up annual agreements, and follow up on the latter. You process the resulting orders. Appointments are made with clients and files are maintained.

Your profile

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level
• Completed education in a technical field
• Communication skills, both oral and written
• Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written
• Knowledge of spoken and written English, German is a plus
• You can work well both independently and as part of a team.
