Sr Software Development Engineer

Accountabilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, performant, and accessible front-end applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Build complex dashboards, workflows, and data-rich interfaces that help customers understand and manage security-related information.

Contribute to front-end architecture, reusable component libraries, design systems, and engineering standards.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to transform requirements and prototypes into polished software solutions.

Partner with backend teams to design API integrations, optimize data flows, and improve application responsiveness.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Champion accessibility, performance optimization, usability, and quality across all user-facing experiences.

Mentor other engineers by sharing front-end expertise, best practices, and technical guidance.

Evaluate and adopt modern development approaches, including AI-powered coding tools, to improve productivity and software quality.

Help shape technical decisions while balancing engineering excellence with practical business needs.

Requirements

Strong experience in front-end software development with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Angular with TypeScript; experience with React or Vue is also valuable.

Deep knowledge of TypeScript and modern front-end architecture, including component design, state management, monorepos, and design systems.

Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar agentic coding solutions to build production-quality software.

Experience building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs and integrating with cloud-based backend services.

Experience developing data visualization solutions and dashboard interfaces using tools such as D3, Chart.js, Highcharts, or similar frameworks.

Strong understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG principles, performance optimization, and user experience best practices.

Familiarity with modern front-end testing strategies and quality assurance practices.

Experience working with cloud-hosted SaaS applications, ideally within AWS environments.

Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across design, product, and engineering teams.

Experience with embedded analytics, reporting platforms, micro-frontend architectures, or enterprise security products is a plus.
