Accountabilities: The Senior AI Identity Platform Engineer will design, develop, and operate identity solutions that enable secure AI agents, enterprise applications, and cloud services. This role will play a central part in establishing secure-by-design AI infrastructure, supporting compliance requirements, and improving developer capabilities through reusable identity services.

Design and implement identity architectures supporting autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, enterprise applications, and external integrations.

Establish secure identity lifecycles for AI agents, including provisioning, credential management, rotation, and decommissioning processes.

Build modern authentication and authorization frameworks using technologies such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, service principals, mTLS, and delegated authorization models.

Develop fine-grained access-control solutions based on Zero Trust principles, RBAC, ABAC, and policy-driven authorization.

Integrate AI platforms with enterprise identity providers, including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory, and other IAM platforms.

Enable secure identity federation across cloud and on-premises environments while supporting distributed AI architectures.

Design secure frameworks governing AI agent access to APIs, databases, enterprise tools, and sensitive resources.

Develop reusable identity services, APIs, SDKs, and libraries that improve secure AI application development.

Automate identity provisioning, authorization policies, and credential lifecycle management processes.

Implement identity-aware logging, traceability, auditing, and governance capabilities for AI-driven workflows.

Partner with security, AI engineering, and platform teams to establish secure development practices and compliance-ready solutions.

Contribute to improving engineering standards, technical documentation, and platform capabilities in a fast-moving AI environment.
