Accountabilities: The Sales VP Retail Audit Services will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and establish strong market positioning. This role requires a proactive sales leader with a proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and engage senior decision-makers.

Lead direct prospecting and new business development activities for retail payment integrity services and technology-driven solutions.

Achieve or exceed annual sales revenue targets and strategic growth objectives through effective pipeline management and execution.

Build and execute sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Identify, qualify, and convert new enterprise opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, senior business leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

Create and manage strategic account plans, opportunity pipelines, customer profiles, and CRM activity tracking.

Conduct consultative discovery with prospects to understand business challenges, operational needs, and growth opportunities.

Develop compelling value propositions that connect solutions to customer objectives and measurable business outcomes.

Deliver executive-level presentations, proposals, and sales engagements that differentiate offerings from competitive alternatives.

Partner with product, marketing, business unit, and strategic account teams to support solution positioning and successful customer transitions.

Collaborate across internal teams to generate leads, referrals, and opportunities within a matrixed organization.

Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through implementation and ongoing account support.

Establish sales performance metrics, continuously improve sales processes, and drive a culture of accountability and execution.

Support the transition of newly acquired customers to account management teams while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring strong enterprise sales experience, a consultative approach, and a proven track record of closing complex B2B technology and services deals. The successful candidate should demonstrate executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trusted relationships with large organizations.

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5–10+ years of demonstrated success in consultative, solution-based B2B sales environments.

Proven experience selling technology-enabled services, analytics solutions, payment integrity, recovery auditing, or similar solutions.

Strong track record of selling to senior executives, including C-suite leaders, SVPs, CFOs, procurement teams, and business owners.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.

Deep understanding of structured sales methodologies and disciplined pipeline management practices.

Strong prospecting, networking, relationship-building, and business development skills.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.

Ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into measurable solution value.

Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar tools is preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to research markets, identify opportunities, and develop targeted sales strategies.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, campaigns, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working independently with limited direct supervision.

Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25–50% as required.
