Product Manager - Especialista I (OMS - Order Management System)

Accountabilities: Act as a Product Manager responsible for the tactical execution of the OMS product strategy, translating real business problems into scalable solutions.

Lead problem discovery by engaging with business areas and users to deeply understand needs, ensuring the team solves the right challenges.

Drive product discovery activities in partnership with Design and Engineering, validating hypotheses and testing solutions before scaling.

Own the lifecycle of product initiatives, from ideation to rollout, structuring backlog items into incremental deliveries that maximize value.

Use data, metrics, and user behavior insights to support prioritization decisions and ensure a strong culture of evidence-based product management.

Ensure alignment across stakeholders, communicating progress, learnings, and outcomes clearly and consistently across teams.

Collaborate with other Product Managers to manage dependencies and avoid silos within a large and complex ecosystem.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager in digital products, working across discovery and delivery cycles in cross-functional teams.

Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and align stakeholders through clear communication.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and product metrics to support decision-making.

Hands-on profile with strong execution skills, taking ownership to unblock issues and ensure delivery quality.

Adaptability and resilience to operate in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Desirable: experience in retail, S&OP, logistics, or B2B/product supply chain environments.

Desirable: experience planning phased product rollouts and managing incremental releases.

Desirable: ability to map and design operational processes (AS IS).

Desirable: familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity in product management workflows.
