Power Platform Solution Architect
Accountabilities Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and operational excellence.
Design and implement solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft technologies.
Define governance strategies, security models, environment management, application lifecycle management (ALM), CI/CD pipelines, and integration patterns for enterprise deployments.
Architect and deploy AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, generative AI capabilities, and enterprise knowledge sources while implementing appropriate governance and security controls.
Build secure integrations with enterprise applications using custom connectors, Dataverse virtual tables, APIs, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise clients by leading discovery workshops, architecture reviews, solution planning sessions, and technical decision-making.
Mentor and lead teams of Power Platform developers and consultants through code reviews, technical guidance, delivery standards, and career development initiatives.
Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution architecture, technical proposals, project estimations, client presentations, and strategic planning.
Develop reusable architectural assets, governance frameworks, and best practices that strengthen long-term delivery capabilities across the organization.
Requirements
5+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
At least 2 years of experience in a senior technical leadership, solution architecture, or team management role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform governance, including Managed Environments, Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit, ALM Accelerator, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, Microsoft Entra ID, and environment strategy.
Proven experience designing enterprise architectures involving Power Pages, Power BI, integrations, cloud automation, and scalable application development.
Experience implementing AI-powered business solutions using Copilot Studio or related Microsoft AI technologies.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, custom connectors, and cloud-based application architectures.
Demonstrated ability to engage with executive stakeholders, gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Microsoft certifications such as PL-600 , PL-400 , PL-200 , Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, AI-102), Microsoft Fabric experience, Power Pages expertise, Center of Excellence implementation, and pre-sales experience are considered strong advantages.
