Associate Principal Engineer, ServiceNow (HAM)
Accountabilities: In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise IT Asset Management and related modules, ensuring scalable and high-quality delivery.
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on HAM, SAM, ITAM, and ITSM modules
Architect and deliver ServiceNow integrations across multiple enterprise systems and global environments
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with ServiceNow best practices
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS
Lead technical implementation, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable and high-performing solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure successful delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow projects
Participate in design and code reviews, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize platform performance and usability
Requirements:
This role requires strong ServiceNow expertise, deep technical implementation experience, and the ability to operate in complex global delivery environments.
9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and integrations
Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow integrations
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform architecture
Experience with additional modules such as ITOM or CSM is an advantage
Strong scripting skills including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs
Experience in integration testing, troubleshooting, and production support
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in global, distributed delivery environments
ServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
