Accountabilities: As an Architect specializing in CAD and construction documentation, you will use your industry knowledge to create, review, and improve technical documentation that supports AI training initiatives. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across architectural and engineering deliverables while collaborating with remote teams.

Create detailed architectural floor plans, elevations, and construction drawing sets based on project requirements.

Develop accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings for architectural and engineering applications.

Prepare and review technical documentation, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) annotations.

Produce, evaluate, and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics according to industry standards.

Design and review PCB layouts when applicable, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability considerations.

Collaborate with project teams to clarify technical requirements and resolve documentation challenges.

Deliver complete and organized documentation packages aligned with quality standards and project timelines.

Provide architectural subject matter expertise to improve AI training datasets through structured feedback and technical validation.

Review documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established industry practices.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced architecture professional with strong CAD capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage technical documentation projects in a remote environment.

Minimum of 3 years of recent professional experience in architectural CAD drafting and construction documentation.

Strong proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD software and architectural drafting tools.

Solid understanding of construction documentation standards and architectural drawing conventions.

Experience interpreting and creating technical drawings, annotations, and engineering documentation.

Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles is preferred.

Experience with electrical schematics and PCB layout documentation is highly desirable.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex deliverables.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience with quality assurance reviews of technical documentation is a plus.
