The job Start working for a globally established digital business services employer, that supports major international brands across customer experience and online safety operations. Known for the structured onboarding, clear performance standards, and genuine development opportunities, the organisation offers a professional environment where quality, consistency, and continuous improvement are taken seriously. The office is based in the Dublin city center, where different internationals teams operate. They are looking for an experienced content reviewer to join their Italian team. You’ll review complex, high-risk moderation decisions, spot trends and gaps, and raise the quality bar across the team. This is a critical thinking role: you won’t just check decisions — you’ll evaluate judgement calls and ensure policy is applied with precision, consistency, and fairness. Your daily work will include tasks like these: Conduct detailed quality reviews of moderation decisions across multiple workflows

Audit cases involving sensitive content, including hate speech, violent threats, self-harm, sexual content, fraud and impersonation, exploitation, and dangerous organisations

Review escalated and high-risk cases, assessing whether policy has been applied accurately and consistently

Provide structured, actionable feedback to moderators to improve accuracy and policy alignment

Identify error trends, policy gaps, and training opportunities

Support calibration sessions to ensure consistent decision-making across teams

Apply cultural and regional knowledge of the Italian market when making nuanced decisions

Partner with operations and policy stakeholders to maintain high quality standards

Meet daily productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment

We offer Fulltime in Dublin from the office in the city center

Work Monday-Sunday between 08:00-19:00 (shift-based)
