We’re looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Digital Student Assistant to join our Digital Northern Europe cluster, based in Copenhagen. You’ll become part of an international digital team, with close colleagues in Norway, Belgium and the Netherlands, and work closely with them across markets. Your primary focus will be to help ensure our Nordic B2B webshops operates seamlessly while supporting the development and optimisation of our website content. You’ll assist with maintaining the webshop, creating and updating content in our CMS, resolving issues, and improving our websites in line with the latest SEO and GEO best practices to strengthen visibility and customer experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience in e-commerce, CMS management, digital performance, and website optimisation while contributing to stronger digital visibility and continuous business growth. You will get close to the daily operation of our B2B webshops and websites, but also see how small digital improvements can make a real difference for customers, sales, and performance across Denmark and Norway.
Based in our Copenhagen office, you will become part of a supportive and informal environment with a strong student assistant community, where curiosity, ownership, and teamwork matter. The job is 15 hours a week and will be planned to accommodate your study schedule.
We will start inviting candidates for interviews after week 43 and would like the right candidate to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities Assist with the administration, management, and communication of products on B2B e-commerce platforms in Denmark and Norway. Create, update, and quality-check website content in our CMS across Denmark and Norway. Support ongoing SEO and GEO improvements to help our websites remain visible and relevant across search engines and AI-powered search experiences. Learn and familiarize yourself with our existing dashboards to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with digital colleagues in Belgium and the Netherlands on shared initiatives, content improvements, product launches, and e-commerce projects across the Northern Europe cluster. Help manage ongoing tasks and projects, and even take ownership of smaller projects over time.
What we’re looking for: We expect you to be enrolled in a degree program related to digital marketing, e-commerce, IT, or a similar field of study. Danish language skills are required. Strong English skills are also important, as you will collaborate with colleagues across our international Northern Europe team. Familiarity with CMS systems, e-commerce tools, SEO, or GEO is a plus. Structured and disciplined way of working. Pro-active and takes ownership. Team-player and eager to learn and develop.
