Procurement Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

1. Handle daily procurement activities, including urgent requests, manpower outsourcing, equipment rental, and renovation/engineering projects.
2. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
4. Manage procurement documentation and monitor vendor performance.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing preferred.
3. Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Experience in outsourcing, equipment rental, or renovation procurement is a plus.
6. Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
7. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
