Coffee Machine Technician

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and domestic coffee machines. Perform routine servicing and emergency repairs at client locations. Install and test new machines to ensure proper operation. Maintain accurate service documentation and client reports. Provide technical support and excellent customer service. Collaborate with the service team to ensure high-quality support delivery

Requirements:

A minimum of an OND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field Technical training or certification in appliance repair or electronics (preferred). Manufacturer training (e.g., La Marzocco, Jura, Nuova Simonelli) is an added advantage. Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in appliance or equipment repair (coffee machines preferred). Experience with commercial-grade espresso machines is a strong plus. Willingness to travel to client locations. Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment when necessary. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a service team. Time management and documentation/reporting skills.
