Operations Manager " Facility Management Soft Services"

Oversee all facility operations across all our sites

Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources for facility operation

Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and suppliers

Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Respond promptly to facility emergencies and coordinate effective resolution of issues.

Lead and manage branch setup projects, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Evaluate vendors and service providers to ensure service quality and cost control.

Oversee inventory and asset management for facility-related supplies and equipment.

Support business continuity planning, ensuring building safety, emergency readiness, and minimal disruption to operations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in facilities or operations management, preferably within multi-site environments.

Proven experience managing branch or multi-site facilities.

Excellent vendor negotiation and project management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
