Define product vision, strategy and roadmap based on market trends, competitor insights, customer needs, and business objectives.

Prioritize product initiatives and maintain the product backlog based on business impact, customer value, and stakeholder input.

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle in collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, Commercial, Sales and Operations teams.

Define and refine product requirements, user stories and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.

Remove delivery blockers align cross-functional stakeholders and ensure execution remains aligned with the product roadmap.

Monitor product KPIs, customer behavior and usage data to identify growth opportunities and recommend product improvements.

Drive digital adoption, customer engagement and retention through data-driven product initiatives.

Prepare product performance reports, business cases and strategic recommendations to support leadership decision-making.

Present roadmap updates, product performance, risks and recommendations to senior leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or technology sector.

Proven experience in managing digital products throughout the product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development to delivery and performance optimization.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development practices.

Knowledge of product KPIs, data analytics, market research and customer behavior analysis .

Good understanding of Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) principles.

Strong understanding of Product Management and Product Lifecycle Management principles.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including Technology, Commercial, Sales, Operations and Business stakeholders.
