The Supervisor will partner with leadership and hiring managers to ensure recruiting strategies are effective, efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business needs.

The ideal candidate is technically savvy, highly analytical, and proactive, with the ability to independently identify opportunities, develop solutions, and execute improvements without requiring direction to build processes. In addition, this role will coach, mentor, and develop the recruiting team while maintaining strong individual recruiting expertise to support complex hiring needs.
