Static Equipment Supervisor - Bahrain Shutdown

We are urgently hiring an experienced Static Equipment Supervisor for an oil & gas shutdown project . The role involves supervising installation, erection, inspection, maintenance, and repair of static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, columns, and piping systems . The candidate will ensure all site activities are executed safely and efficiently in compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, international codes (ASME, API, ANSI, ASTM) , and company quality and HSE standards. The role requires close coordination with construction, QA/QC, HSE, engineering teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet tight shutdown schedules. Salary & Benefits: Salary: SAR 4,500 + FAT

Duty Hours: 12 Hours / Day, 7 Days / Week

Requirements & Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

5–10 years of experience in static equipment supervision

Strong experience in oil & gas / refinery / petrochemical / industrial projects

Hands-on knowledge of static equipment installation & maintenance

Familiar with ASME, API, ANSI, ASTM standards

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
