Our client is a non-profit organization in Brussels that supports smooth and stable money markets in Europe. It collects and shares key financial information used by banks and companies. They are looking for a Microsoft Solution Lead to join their team.

As a Microsoft Solution Lead you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and adoption of Microsoft technologies (like Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, etc.) to meet business goals.

• Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft technologies
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and qualit
• Communicate on solutions, addressing concerns and ensuring stakeholder alignment and buy-in
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users
• Ensure solutions follow best practices and security standards
• Strong technical background in Microsoft technologies
• Excellent project coordination skills, able to lead cross-functional teams from planning to delivery
• A mindset focused on innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement
• English, any other language is consider as a plus
