Highstreet IT is seeking a seasoned Oracle SCM Sr Consultant to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations across global clients. This role demands a strategic architecture leader with deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM, strong delivery oversight, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining solution architecture, driving end-to-end SCM implementations, and shaping enterprise transformation programs. This is a leadership role that blends architecture, client advisory, delivery governance, and practice development.
Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations • Manage multi-track transformation programs aligned with ERP Cloud implementations. • Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders • Lead solution design workshops and architecture discussions for SCM solutions. • Strengthen SCM practice by developing accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks • Ensure quality delivery, documentation, and adherence to Highstreet implementation frameworks. • Drive process standardization, automation, and best practices across SCM programs. • Build high-performing delivery teams by developing internal talent and guiding project teams. • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development. • Contribute to practice growth through solution accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets. Required Experience and Skills • 8–12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Oracle SCM (Cloud preferred) • Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM implementations • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills and Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions • Proven team-building and mentoring capabilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills, tagged along with strategic thinking with execution excellence
