At our shop on Bloemensingel - perhaps Amsterdam's most famous street - we offer an extensive range of cheeses and delicacies. We also have a mini cheese museum where our staff enthusiastically explain the craft of Henri Willig, who has been producing the finest cheeses for over 50 years. We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team and provide our visitors with an unforgettable experience.

As Store Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day running of our shop. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our visitors have a wonderful experience.

• You are the face of our cheese experience and embody this. You'll work in traditional Old Dutch attire and, together with your team, create a warm atmosphere for our guests.
• You coach, support and inspire your team members so that they can get the best out of themselves and continue to develop within the team and the company.
• You encourage your team members to take on tasks and responsibilities, so that the shop runs like clockwork even when you're not there.
