Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, check and process export shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (HBL/MBL), Shipping Instruction (SI), VGM, Certificate of Origin (C/O) and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, freight forwarders, customs brokers and other relevant parties to ensure documents are submitted accurately and within the required...
