Urgently Hiring – Licensed Speech Therapist (ST)

Full-Time / Part Time / Per-Diem | Multiple Territories Available

We are expanding our team and are seeking compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Licensed Speech Therapists (STs) for multiple territories .

Available Territories & Pay Structure

We are hiring for three separate territories. Compensation is based on experience and territory assignment:

Alameda County & West Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE Coverage Area: Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo

East Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE Coverage Area: Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood

TriValley Area Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE Coverage Area: Dublin/Livermore/Pleasanton/San Ramon/Danville

Responsibilities

Provide in-home speech therapy services in accordance with the individualized plan of care.

Perform evaluations and ongoing assessments to support patient progress.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and quality of life.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Current California Speech Therapy License (Required)

Home Health Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Current CA Driver’s License

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently in the field
