Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate fire sprinkler installation works on construction sites. Read and interpret sprinkler drawings, shop drawings and specifications. Monitor installation quality, work progress and workers' productivity. Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and other trades. Conduct site inspections and arrange testing, inspection and commissioning of sprinkler systems. Prepare daily reports, inspection records, testing records, site documentation and other required paperwork. Coordinate rectification works and resolve site issues. Ensure compliance with WSH requirements and site safety regulations. Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress. Assist Project Manager / Engineer with project coordination and documentation. Requirements: Minimum 6 years' experience in fire sprinkler / fire protection works. Good knowledge of fire sprinkler installation and systems. Able to read sprinkler drawings and supervise installation independently. BCSS certification is required. Good knowledge of construction site safety and documentation. Good communication and coordination skills.
