who you are
As operator:
- An MBO diploma is nice, but your practical thinking level is far more important.
- Familiarity with HACCP and food safety is a plus.
- You don't panic during technical faults and know how to get things done. You fix minor issues yourself, but leave the major repairs to the technical service (you're a baker, after all, not a mechanic).
- You work in a 3-shift system with your team: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, or 23:00-07:00.
- Available for 38 hours per week (prefer part-time? Let us know!)).
what will you do
Every workday is different at Bakker Goedhart. Alongside your team, you guarantee a smooth production process. Your daily tasks include:
- Preparing dough: weighing, mixing, and proofing (letting it rise);
- Operating the production line and machinery;
- Performing quality checks on the color, texture, and taste of the bread;
- Troubleshooting minor technical issues;
- Working according to HACCP guidelines-keeping things clean and safe.
