Overview: As the Factory Manager for our confidential company, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and overall plant performance while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive company information. Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with department heads to streamline production processes and enhance overall factory performance.

Team Management: Supervise and motivate a diverse team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance team skills.

Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and meet production schedules.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve any product or process issues.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.

Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Cost Management: Work closely with the CFO to manage and optimize production costs.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or safety.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline processes.

Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles.

Communication and Reporting: Maintain open and effective communication channels with cross-functional teams.

Provide regular reports to upper management on factory performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a senior manufacturing leadership role.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
