Adviseur Planning & Control

Role purpose: Drive high-quality planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support data-informed decision-making and financial control across the organization.

Core responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning & control cycle, including annual budget, periodic forecasts, and multi-year planning.
• Deliver timely management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses with clear insights and recommendations.
• Advise management on financial performance, risks, opportunities, and scenario impacts.
• Improve KPI frameworks and translate strategy into measurable targets and reporting structures.
• Support month-end processes, internal controls, and compliance with financial policies.
• Collaborate with Finance, business units, and stakeholders to align assumptions, data quality, and reporting needs.
• Contribute to process optimization and automation of reporting and planning tools.

Required skills and experience

• Experience in planning & control , business controlling, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting/BI tools; experience with ERP and planning systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, and variance analysis.
• Stakeholder management, advisory mindset, and clear written and verbal communication.
