QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description: Understand architectural requirement under SIA form of contracts Work Independently Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders Searching for new subcontractor and supplier Preparing of tender documents for RFQ (request for quotation) Quotations’checking and comparison Procurement Meeting Price data reports and other procurement related report. Tender support, mainly for pricing and VECD Support other QS works at project site (main contract, subcontract, cost control, Interim payment, etc)

Job Requirements: At least 4 years experience as QS in construction sector Degree / Diploma in Civil/ Building/ QS Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise and correspond with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and contractors) Willing to learn, meticulous, and committed to accomplishing datelines
