Turner Hospitality Group runs a group of distinctive restaurants across Toronto and Georgian Bay, from Italian and French to Asian-inspired cuisine. At Florin, we serve Tuscan and Florentine-inspired Italian food with a focus on scratch cooking, quality ingredients and thoughtful execution.

We?re hiring experienced Cooks with strong kitchen skills, confidence on the line and a focus on quality and consistency.

*The Role*

You?ll work prep and service on a station, executing dishes to recipe, spec and portion standards while maintaining strong food safety and sanitation practices. You?ll work closely with the CDC during service to support the kitchen, keep your station organized and stocked, and help keep service running smoothly.

*What you Bring*

• 2+ years of line cook or relevant kitchen experience
• Pasta experience is an asset
• Strong understanding of prep, service and kitchen standards
• Good communication and the ability to take direction
• Strong work ethic and a team-first approach
• Genuine interest in food and cooking
• Availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
