Facilities Manager (Project)

Facilities & Project Leadership •Lead and manage all aspects of facility management service delivery, with primary focus on Asset Management, Operations, and capital project execution •Serve as the point of management control for Facilities Management at the assigned site(s) •Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of short and long-term facilities projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion •Develop and implement annual management plans with clearly defined key performance indicators •Manage capital and expense budgets, identifying cost optimization opportunities while maintaining service quality
