QA Section Manager (Location: Rayong Pluakdaeng)

Your tasks

• Lead, Develop, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems.(QMS
• Supervise and mentor QA team members, providing guidance and training.
• Conduct audits (internal/external) and quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, Country Standard, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement quality control processes and procedures to meet and exceed customer’s standard
• Implement a program continuous improvement as it relayed to QA and QC
• Develop the necessary quality assurance document and report
• Provide leadership and training for all QA/QC personnel that will assure all personnel are working to the same quality standards
• Audit internal and external quality inspection processes and result
• To summarize warranty analysis report by monthly.
• To take care warranty document in order to follow IATF 16949.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years’ experience in the QMS function in Automotive will be advantage.
3. Good knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO14000 , Q1 and ISO45001
4. Good English communication skill.
