IT SUPPORT

1) Responsible to install the IT infrastructure in all the company in order to support business activity. 2) Responsible of the installation of the information systems used in the organization; either in-house developed or out-sourced software. 3) Responsible in maintenance of the operability of the Electronic Mail systems and advising the ICT Manager/Assistant ICT Manager on the better features and solution to fulfill the requirement of users. 4) Responsible in the security of the database and the network including protecting the system from unauthorized intruders. 5) Responsible in the data backup and data replication of the database. 6) Responsible in the maintenance and the operability of the information systems including software, hardware and the network system. 7) Responsible in administrating and updating the web site of the company. 8) To advise and verify on purchases of IT all accessories and equipment in the company . 9) Responsible for monitoring the IT assets and their control by preparing report half-yearly. 10) Assist in the routine duties of the ICT Manager / ICT Assistant Manager in administration and carry out all admininistration duties such as those related with the email, fax , letter, document preparation,

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field, or equivalent experience. Age 23 and above, Male 1–2 years of experience. Language : Fair command in English. Other : Computer literacy / Good personality with service mind. Ability to translate Thai business/manufacturing requirements into technical solutions, with strong documentation habits and collaborative, improvement‑driven working style.
