Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent (Sales & Leasing)

1.Source and manage property listings for sale and lease. 2.Build relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors. 3.Present properties, conduct viewings, and provide professional consultation. 4.Negotiate sales and leasing terms, and coordinate transactions through completion. 5.Achieve individual sales and leasing targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in Real Estate Sales or Leasing. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Good command of English; Chinese language proficiency will be an advantage. Can work 6 days/week
