New Product Introduction Technician

1. Assist engineers in the new product introduction process, including tracking product introduction timelines and progress
2. Document abnormalities that occur during new product development and collaborate with production engineers to resolve issues
3. Support engineers in driving project progress and provide timely feedback on encountered problems.
4. Participate in drafting guidance documents related to new products.
5. Collaborate across departments, including market, production, chip design, sales, and others, to communicate new product development or introduction updates.
6. Assist in completing product introduction-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Diploma or above from a vocational school/college, majoring in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields, or Chinese Language. Able to give a simple self-introduction in Chinese or English. Able to read simple technical documents in English. No prior work experience required. Candidates with relevant experience in the semiconductor industry or manufacturing are preferred Proficient in using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, capable of performing basic data analysis.
